DeployStaff provides AI agent deployment and staffing automation services for businesses, including AI-powered voice agents, client communication workflows, lead follow-up automation, and related analytics. The Services may be delivered through our platform, client subdomains, third-party integrations, and communication tools. DeployStaff is designed for business use only. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

Account Registration and Access

To access certain Services, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to share access credentials with unauthorized users or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or repurpose any component of our platform without prior written consent. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Client Data and Privacy

As part of our Services, you may input or integrate client and contact data (including names, emails, phone numbers, conversation histories, and business details). You represent that you have obtained all necessary consents to collect, store, and process this data in accordance with Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) and any other applicable regulations.

Third-Party Services

DeployStaff relies on third-party tools and infrastructure — including AI model providers, voice platforms, SMS gateways, CRM systems, and cloud hosting — to deliver parts of the Service. While we select vendors with strong reputations, we do not control their actions and are not liable for third-party service disruptions or breaches.

By using DeployStaff, you consent to limited, secure data processing by such providers.

Payment Terms

Access to certain Services requires a subscription or one-time payment. By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing until you cancel. Pricing and billing cycles will be clearly presented during onboarding. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting support. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Communication & AI Usage Fees

In addition to your monthly software subscription (billed in CAD), you may incur usage-based fees for SMS messaging, AI tools, email, and phone communication. These usage charges are billed in USD and calculated based on actual consumption.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology provided by DeployStaff is the intellectual property of DeployStaff or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or repurpose any part of the Services without our written permission. You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." DeployStaff makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that AI agents will produce specific business outcomes or revenue results.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeployStaff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data arising out of your use or inability to use the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to DeployStaff in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DeployStaff and its employees, officers, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

Modifications

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. If the changes are material, we will notify you by email or through the platform. By continuing to use the Services after changes become effective, you agree to the revised Terms.
